I was on a college visit the day we started this. That is why it is late.
I am feeling ready and excited to be done with high school and ready to go to college. I am glad to be done with all this high school work because it is a lot of busy work and I am glad I will no longer be in class every day all day for 5 days a week.
I am proud in my self for making the decision to come to lakeside and get my grades up so I could get the hope scholarship, I hope in the next 5-7 years I will have flown enough and got all the ratings I need to be a commercial pilot. I decided to come to lakeside because GAC was really hard and I was not going to get the hope scholarship. I was a little nervous changing schools because it is welders for me to because I was a senior but in the end I will be getting the hope scholarship and I am proud in myself for taking that step to get it. I really want to be a commercial pilot and I hope in at most the next 7 years I will be able to be one because it seems like a fun jobs and it pays very well, even tho it costs money to get the job with all the training that is needed. So for me my biggest goal is to be completely commercial pilot certified. So my proudest high school moment is coming to lakeside and my biggest goal is becoming a commercial pilot in the next 7 years.
My biggest goal which is becoming a commercial pilot will be expensive but is very possible for me to achieve if I keep my focus and I have shown that I can because I got pretty much straight A’s here at lakeside and I will be getting the hope scholarship because of this. I want to tell my self that I will mess up and there will be a learning curve in college as well as being a pilot but all I have to do is work hard and stay focused and put my self out there and I will make it.
