 We did the 9 questions about the poem Langston Hughes wrote. I feel like they helped me understand more about the poem. Most of the questions were about the rivers. They were stuff like when he used the congo to show the start of man kind. Then he used the Mississippi to represent the end of slavery in America.

 Today we read some more Langston Hughes poems. The second poem was about the innocents of a new born baby and the terrible world the baby has to live in. I feel like the first one is about the happiness of a new born baby.
