 Today we wrote down definitions and for words and stuff and then we went over formal and informal writings. I learned some new words and also I had my memory refreshed about what is formal and informal. I feel like it helped me remember some old membean words and expand my vocabulary when I did the notes on the words.

 Today in the first part of class we watched finished the movie and then we took the test. The test was over fences and asked some written response questions about why then fence was made and some others that replayed back to Troy cheating which caused pretty much all the problem at the end of the book. I feel like if he had not they would still be a family and Rose might not had suspected him of it and asked him to build a fence.

 Today we took notes that would help us write our essays. We lessened about the steps we need to utilize to help us like brainstorming. Brainstorming should have a main idea sub point and then ideas that go with there sub point and should only take a little time.

 Today we finished reading the fences. It was a very surprising ending to me because it just jumped 7yrs ahead to troys funeral. I was also surprised Corey was in the marines. We also wrote a paragraph about what we think happened in the 7 year gap and I think what happened was Troy and rose didn’t fix all there marital issues and it caused Troy to be stressed also because he kicked his son out and eventually he died of a heart attack.

 Today we read the book and we went over part of what we are going to be doing for writing our essays. I was surprised that Troy admitted to rose that he was cheating on her. I also was really surprised that he got the girl pregnant. It took some courage to say it but he still is not a good person for doing what he did.

 Today we continued reading the book. I was surprised that Troy had a pedi file dad that was a domestic abuser and Troy turned out the way he did. Troy might not be as nice of a guy but he at least works and does what he supposed to do and he is not a domestic abuser.

 Today we kept reading the fences and we also answered some questions on paper in class. One was what is the fence protecting  rose from and I thought that it was protecting her from her insecurities in her family. Another one was do parents have to like you and I said no because I think that they only have to provide you with what is required and not abuse you even tho they should like you.

 Today we read the first ten pages of the fences. We also made a chat to describe the personalities of Troy Bono rose and lions. So far it is about Troy bono talking to each other about sports and work.

 Today we learned a little bit about the book we are reading In class before we read it. We learned about the characters and there up veinings. We discussed some about fences. We were asked questions like fences we have in our lives what are fences meant to do and stuff. For those two questions I put I have fences in my back yard and parts of my family far. I also said that fences are meant to keep bad things out and good things in.
